Student schedules should be completely up to date and available for you to see in PowerSchool. To view your students for schedule please go PowerSchool at nwshelby.powerschool.com.
Student pick up procedures: You will need to use the 4-way stop and enter the second driveway on your right. We will be having our car rider line for two lines to increase capacity inside of our lot to help keep cars from blocking in our buses and holding up our bus routes. When it is your turn to exit the dual lanes please alternate left to right to enter the line to pick up your student. Once you are in the single pick up line by the curb please pull forward as much as possible. Please be careful as a car may be passing you on the left if your student is not ready and waiting on you at the end of the day. Please be courteous and patient with all involved as we are trying to make our car rider line more efficient for everyone.
Student drop off procedures: You will need to use the 4-way stop and enter the second driveway on your right. We are asking that you help your student or students get organized before you make your way to school so that all you have to do is pull into the unloading zone and allow your student to exit your vehicle. Please pull all the way forward to the handicap unloading ramp to drop your student off quickly and wait for the line to move towards the exit. Please do not try to pass the cars in front of you. We have had multiple accidents over the years due to being impatient and pulling around the car in front of you. Thank you for helping us keep our car rider efficient and safe!

Please plan on sending a water bottle with your student everyday as our bubblers are shut off. Students will be able to use the bottle fillers and have water with them in the classrooms. We want to make sure we have proper Tiger Nation Hydration!

Online registration for the 2021-2022 school year is now open. To register your students for school please go powerschool at nwshelby.powerschool.com. After you login with your parent account, you will see a link on the left hand side labeled Returning Student Registration. That link will begin the registration process. If you have multiple students to register you will need to go back to powerschool and click on each student's name and register them all separately. There is a delay in beginning online registration due to technical difficulties with the Indiana Department of Education state reporting and rolling over our student data system. Online registration will be opening next week and more information will be sent out at that time. Thank you Tigers for your patience.
Golf Tiger Scramble Date Is Set!
The TIGER SCRAMBLE is a fun-filled event where you can get your favorite golfers together and play a round of golf while supporting the TC Golf Teams.
This year the Tiger Scramble will be Saturday Aug 28th, 2021 at Timbergate Golf Course in Edinburgh, IN.
The format will be a Florida Scramble, shotgun at 8:00 am, with a buffet lunch and awards to follow. There will be door prizes, give-a-ways, Longest Drive (men and women) and Closest to the Pin! Reserve your spot today. DEADLINE will be Aug 20th. The cost per player is $75.00 or a team $300.00.
In addition to 130 players, we need your support in any of the following categories:
Hole Sponsors - $100 - A sign that will be displayed with the name of your company and phone number on a specific hole.
1 Beverage Cart Sponsors - $250.00 - A sign will be displayed on the beverage cart(s) throughout the day.
Donate a door prize item(s) and or any give-a-ways of any kind.
Issue a monetary donation - Make checks payable to TC Golf.

At a special meeting of the Board of School Trustees on May 3, Mrs. Heather Gant was approved as the new leader of the elementary school beginning with the 2021-22 school year. We are happy to have Mrs. Gant join our administrative team and welcome her and her family into the Tiger family.
