Entrance Tests
The best place to start for college entrance testing is the PSAT. This test is a great practice for the SAT itself. The PSAT is taken at TCHS in October each school year and is for all sophomores and juniors. Juniors are strongly encouraged to take the PSAT, as they may qualify for the National Merit Scholarship competition. The Indiana Department of Education will cover the cost of the PSAT for all sophomores and juniors.

Dual Credits
Dual credits are a great option for smoother transitions between high school and college. It gives students first hand exposure to college-level work while still in the familiarity of high school. This can also help students complete their bachelors degree faster. Check out the links below for more information.
Reminder for Seniors!
Any senior who has taken an ACT or SAT test this fall is reminded to send his/her scores to the colleges and universities to which he/she applied. The student is responsible for sending scores directly from the testing agency to the college.
Any senior who has taken an ACP (Advanced College Project) or dual credit class during high school is reminded to send his/her college credits to the college or university to which he/she will be attending. The student is responsible for sending college credits received directly to the institution the student will be attending.
